Top Spins 3300 competition registration and conditions
(competition Starting 3 June)
Competition format:
· Each team will consist of 3 players with a team Ratings Central average rating of 1100 points or less as at 18 May 2024.
· Each team will generally play ONE competition per week.
· Competition starts at 6.30pm. Team captains are responsible to ensure their team can start on time.
· Each competition comprises of 4 singles & 1 double.
· Teams with the most winning matches for the night will be the winner.
· Results will be entered into Ratings Central.
· A maximum of 8 teams will be competing.
Competition fee and prizes:
· The 3300 competition is open to all Top Spins members.
· Playing fee is $10 per night for annual & Biannual payment members, and $15 per night for members. Pre-payment prior to competition commencement is expected.
· All participants will receive a Top Spins souvenir.
· Winning team members will each receive a DHS rubber (Goldarc).
· Runner up team members will each receive a racket wallet (case).
Competition conditions:
· Top Spins management will oversee the overall running of the competition to ensure a fair and friendly competition.
· The competition will be played in accordance with ITTF rules and regulations.
· Only teams with a team Ratings Central average of 1100 or less as at 18 May 2024 may enter. For unforeseen circumstances, a replacement player (with a lower rating of the player being replaced) may be allowed with the agreement of the opponent team and approval of the competition committee.
· Top Spins management reserves the right to determine the ratings for any players who do not have a Ratings Central rating or if there is any dispute; and its decision is final.
· Each team will provide an umpire for their competitions. Umpire’s decision is final.
